I thought the new (Australian) Canadian plastic bank notes were infallible.
I guess we have to be careful. We buy and sell for cash at gun shows.
Apparently they feel almost right and look almost right
SO be careful out there.

If they look or feel a little bit wrong, check closely for the built in safety features on genuine notes.

A Toronto-area man is warning people to be on the lookout for counterfeit bills after he unknowingly
accepted 63 fake $20 bills as payment for an iPhone.

I have received some dubious notes in the past, but just one or 2 at a time and they had different serial numbers. I recently did a f2f transaction in which I handed over 3 $100 and a $50 note to an old gentleman who scrutinized them in great detail. He showed me that the see through maple leaf has sharp points which (he claimed) are not present on the fakes. EMT is so much easier! :drinkers:

Be aware, that Paypal is anti gun, and has a anti gun policy. So that can effect PAL rated airguns.

Fraud bad with everything. Had my company visa card shut down four times in six months. Each time I get a new card and happens again. Apparently I tried to buy a $660 dollar pair of women's shoes online. If it were me and I gave them to my wife I would have had the spike from the heal imbedded in my forehead.

Last 2 trips to Hawaii, we used a USA charge card, one you put X mount of US money on and use that, then re-fill as necessary.

When we got home from the big island, we discovered the card was emptied by a purchase of $400.00 US worth of groceries in South Africa - go figure.

We were reimbursed the money due to internet fraud, but I did find the location of the fraud was S.Africa & since it was for groceries, we weren't bothered - much.

Interesting about paypal - our gun club, Prince George Rod and Gun Club uses pap-pal on the web site for membership payments from people.

The club has been operational since 1946. Currently, the membership is just over 1,200. We have 2 ranges, one just inside town with a 200 meter rifle range + many

disciplines including indoors air gun and the other, a 1,400 meter range, is 40 minutes out of town.

Rob Ferlong and his crew will be putting on another long range class this coming summer.
