well I'm doing pretty good could maybe have done 5 to 10 points more but...
this is almost the best I can shoot.

I'm Using QBBob that are friend Rstern build a few years ago.
I converted it to .177 with a match barrel and I'm using a QB79 Tube for better bottle placement.

so right now I'm 5th in 4 position shooting.

Well done, Frank.

BTW - when did 4-position shooting start or is this discipline air rifle only?

All I've done is registered 3-position, over 20 years from 1972 through 1992, prone, kneeling, standing.

well it's been ongoing for a long time I'm part of a team but shot for my self too,
only my prone scores count for the team the rest are mine.

and this is my first year we needed some shooters I posted in the fall that we needed some help.

you can shoot airgun .177 or .22 or LR .22 it's up to you open sights or a scope it's all up to you
not many rules so not much cheating.

but this is all on a honor base system.

Hi Frank, nice shooting!

What are the rules of this Postal Match? Is it only for PAL-rated air guns?

I shooting a pal rated air rifle but some use a non pal and at 50 feet pal or non pal is not a problem.

Hope to go up to top 3 by the end but probably 4th would be the best I can do.

So My last Score was not that great but it seems that others did not do Any better since my points gained on the others
I'm very close to the 4th position now if I could manage to better my score or have a few good weeks the 4 th position could be mine.

Starting in to this I never expected to make the top 50 don't forget there is over 2200 competitors so I'm really doing great if you don't mind me saying.

it's helping me tune my FT rifle so after I start the FT season I will have practice and that should help me.
but I need to practice a lot more.
