Hi Guys, I'm planning to bring in a few of these, or more than a few depending on interest. The Taichi Pistol and rifle will run somewhere around $400-$460 (ended up being $547 if you use airgunforumfun coupon, oops!) and the Victor somewhere around $250-$300($413 for PCP $379 for CO2, I know I am terrible at calculating cost!)
Pretty cool looking! A bit pricey, so that is the question, whether they are sellable or not. The Taichi and Taichi-x are regulated, and so bringing in a sample to see what the build quality is like, the consistency of the regulator, accuracy etc., will be important.
Supposed to be high quality product with great barrels.
The Taichi and Taichi-x are quite similar in build to the PP700SA, but are made in Taiwan. The power output is customizable for the country they are sold in, and it looks like barrels/calibers are easily swappable and available, so a .25 caliber should be in the cards.
I'll look at getting the rifle in both PAL and <500fps versions.
Just a teaser of upcoming possibilities =)

That Taichi X is awesome... here are a few more pics:
from https://www.airrifle.co.za/threads/4311 ... etin/page7

Where is the loading port?
I read they were match rifles, presumably single shot only or is there a mag?

Hey. looking at the first picture... shipped by Cabelas? (reference my recent pellet order).

The loading port is the same as the PP700SA, you flip over the back end of the breech to load a single pellet.
I never saw anything about Cabelas carrying these. You have a link? Interesting =)
Thanks for the pics!

Hi Wes.

The Victor looks very similar to my Alfa Proj made in the Czech Republic.

https://www.airgunsource.ca/en/air-arms ... ol-17.html

It is suprising that there is no copyright infrigement unless it is called a "replica" or any other excuse the manufacturer may have.

Anyway at the price you have shown in your post, if it is as well made as the pistol it copies it is a bargain. I paid mine double a long time ago and the price is now triple.

I'd be interested in a non-PAL .22 or .25 rifle. Very nice design, seems to be well built!

Ok thanks for the feedback! I'll ask them about the similarity to the air arms. Maybe they make them for Air Arms or something, never know =)

Wes,
Do you have a time table on this product ordering and arriving?

Wes, Very interested in the PAL .22 or .25 and the Victory. I checked the link that Duke provided(Thanks Duke!) and they just said " no details to share at this time".
I don't know where you find them Wes but keep it up!!

Thanks! Looking forward to getting some. I know Taiwan has very strict restrictions on air rifles, so we'll see what kind of hoops it takes to get them shipped.
