Hello.
I want to show you my 2240 Krosman. I bought new, with a plastic box and modest characteristics.

The receiver box decided to put the steel crosman from the 1760 rifle, where the middle hole of the screw was shifted under the rammer, and when charging the pellet nothing interferes. The rammer was replaced with a tubular one.
The barrel left native stock 5.5-19cm.

The valve has also been altered. The front part cut off part of the thread and increased the volume inside drilling 6 holes. The rear part of the valve-left 3 turns of thread, the rest cut down inside the Dremel-maximized the internal volume.Drilled the bypass hole at an angle of 45 degrees to the valve and increased the bore diameter.I finished the needle, too.

The drummer left his, only polished, place of usual spinka put reinforced on the thread, and slightly weighted with the drummer lead.
Spring firing pin set rigid, and the valve is additionally recorded in the pipe with two screws-hujaymi hex.

We need restricted firearm licence (R.PAL) for pistols have more than 500 feet per sec (FPS), about 152 m/s. And with or without a rifle stock, the 2240 is a pistol.

But no special caliber regulations, so 4.5mm (.177inch) 5.5mm (.22inch) or bigger is not important... So, ppl will use .25 for more power ~ :winks:
