I wouldn't exactly consider jerky to be chewy, but if that's the consistency you are talking about, then yeah, I can see that.

im gonna try microwaving some bacon though.

Depends on how it is made. MMM homemade Jerky. Chewy, just like my bacon...

This is the best Jerky in NS. If I want dry, I chew on a old work boot.

just made this bacon in the new microwave, two slices so 2 minutes.

covered with paper towel, to stop splatter.

a little dry because the paper towel soaked up the oil, i'll have to find something else to cover it with next time that doesn't soak things up.

I gave half of a slice to my dad, if you are wondering why half a slice is missing.
