I'd say it's a Mars 115 : 4.4mm round lead ball, paramilitary style trainer based on schmeisser design of Anschutz.
Looking at the finish his evaluation of 300$ might be a bit high but the 150 US$ would be more like it.
BlueBooks of airgun says a 60% should be around 190$ and brand spanking new in the box 425$. This is a well used one.

I had no idea what it was. I looked it up in the blue book of airguns. I have the 8th edition, I think they went up to a 12th edition.
