Hello, got into air guns 3 year's ago because dirty new neighbours were attracting rats who were coming into my yard
They have gone and the rats too. I have got hooked and shoot in my basement. Born in Manchester England.came to this great country when I was 19 and all grown up with my journey man ticket in gas fitting. Married for 45 years 3 daughters and numerous grand children. Recently bought a hatsan 60s from d and l. They sent me an old old model.so old the tape on the box was yellow.2 whole days on the phone and emails. Finally they picked up the phone. No apologies. An additional 40 bucks to send it back. Have asked for a fun of pellets along with the proper rifle, no response. I went with them because I had read good posts about them.so much for that. My best dealer by far is Canada shooting supply and rayman the owner. More recently foolish guns. They answer there phones and very friendly.
Enough for now.
Thank you.

Welcome. Hope you can find the 'chosen' supplier that you can rely on.
I must agree with you. D&L airguns is no longer the 'airgun enthusiast supplier' that 'USED' to be. Original owners John and Kelley were second to none. No longer.
AGS and CSS are very reliable and offer very personalized service/support and first rate products and supplies.
Best of luck and happy shooting.

Just bought a Benjamin Maximus from them. Hopefully they give me a better experience than you had received.

I wasn't aware D&L changed hands. I always had good luck and experience with Kelly. :)
Now I'm using Raymond and Wes who both seem top-notch.

Welcome to the 'club' B 4b 5

I wasn’t aware of D&L either. Well after dealing with wes2007, he’s raising the bar with quality service.

D&L changed a while ago, I think maybe as far back as this past spring?
I’ve placed several orders since and have had one issue only, which was ultimately sorted out.
I don’t think we’ll get the same level of personalized service as Kelly and John offered, but I do believe Kenya and the new crew are trying to step it up. I had some swag included in my last two orders as a thank you which was a nice bonus.

I wouldn't cancel, I'm sure they'll do you right.
Edit: oops, I see you already got it! Congrats, nice gun!
