I had done the bstayley mod on my cr600w awhile back which is basically stacking o rings on the valve face until the fps drops suddenly.
With mine it only took 1 oring.
It acts like a hammer debounce and "regulates " the hammer strike for more consistancey.
I finally got around to do a complete shot string.
2dry fires to start and then shoot until it drops off
Took awhile ..
Using my aliexpress chronograph took 50 shots until It dropped off .
Please note this is meters per second as chrono is cheap

This rifle has a few mods
power mods on it

Polished hammers sides
Turned fown hammer nose to 0.500 inches for bstayley mod.
21.6 barrel chopped and crowned to 19.25
lead in reamed and polished
2coils clipped after Wes's tuning.
(was still shooting a bit hard)for sub 500

.22 caliber 14.3 CP's

Thanks Wes I've never done this before. Any idea how a untuned cr600 compares? normal usable shots? etc

Did you hear there is a recall on gen2 stormriders?

I didn't hear that, no. Reason?
The Canadian distributor finally got some in, so you'll see them at the dealers soon.
I think I'm still the only one with the front gauge and regulator installed with a stock with no hole in it. In a way I'm glad I haven't gotten too many orders since I have to build the gun all from parts and tune it, but I'm a bit surprised, especially since the Stormrider unregulated sells for only a few dollars less.
One of those best kept secrets I guess! =)

Your string is sure consistent for a large portion of it, and I'm sure you are getting at least 5 more good shots on a cartridge. I'll have to look back, see if I have any records of a sting left of a stock one.
Cheers,
Wes

Thanks for your input , I appreciate it without a baseline I was just guessing..
I'm still crossing my fingers for the pp750 , that could be my pcp intro..

I just continued the shot string just now taking another 9 shots to completely dump it to zero.
It took ten shots to zero it.
I added the data into my chart , gives a better complete picture.

Once I get a chance I'll shoot a stock one for a full cart, see the comparison
