If you want discussion of gun laws start another topic about it thank you

Wouldn't this fall under rule 6

Quote:
Discussion of illegal activities such as piracy, illegal modifications of airguns & violation of firearms laws are not allowed.

Since OP is modding it, knowing it may be over 500. It would be in violation? So wouldn't this be a case of not talking about it on a forum?

Because I got my wrist slapped by a dealer trying to get a gun tuned down, because the regulator creeped, and got told that I may have put that gun in jeopardy. Because RCMP may change a classification if they determine that its easy to modify. Which was backed up by a older member. So in that context means ALL 13XX,22XX could be restricted ( licensed, range only ) That left a sour taste in my mouth and I sold most of my air pistols and stopped tuning them.

So it sounds like for the current protection of airguns, to cease any further discussion of power mods, or increasing of FPS in pistols.

It's a butterfly effect, because the current state of firearms isn't that great for Canada with a Handgun and assault rifle ban on the table. Which will trickle down to hunting rifles, .22s and than airguns. So really adjusting a FT piston, has to do with firearm laws and such. Its a punch in the face, but it's the truth.

Wow ! , what a can of worms.
I built my 1322 over 10 years ago but never had a crony until now.
The 1322 belonged to my father-in-law who had it for 30 years before I got to it so it has sentimental value.
The project Had a lot of firsts in it, the first stock I ever made, first time I ever machined parts on my new to me vintage unimat db, my first airgun .
If it wasn't for the fact that I made that stock for a pumper I would convert it all to a 22 xx series custom tube with a clipped spring and bstaley o ring debouncer and call it done.

Thank you
The shroud airstripper was the last piece of the puzzle for me.I had made the stock and machined and checkered all the stainless and aluminum parts myself , the shroud air stripper was the thing I needed to make.
Cheers
