Howdy everyone. I just picked up a Drozd , the original model. I put new batteries in it, put some pellgun oil on a cylinder and popped it in and tried it out. It functions in all modes and bursts but it has no power. In fact, many times the BB's will only go a couple of feet or even just roll out the barrel. The first 8 BB's went through a cardboard box but then power just dropped. It won't even put a mark in the cardboard now. In fact, from 2 feet away it wouldn't even pop those thin air bags that are used for packing. Is there a common issue to look for?

I wonder if the magnetic solenoid/servo backed off? Since it has a electric trigger, pulling the trigger sends power to this magnetic servo. That strikes the valve. Soo far out, and it will short stroke the valve. You can adjust it forward or back. Sorta like a power adjuster.

It should be located on the back of the gun, under the back cover, will be a plunger.

Thanks for the info. I took the rear cover off to expose the solenoid. And yes, the solenoid was too far forward so the plunger had no travel and was striking the valve with hardly any force. It's working fine now.
