I got a chance to finish my Artemis PCP - it turned out great and as I expected it puts 7 pellets in a single hole at 10 yards.
Here is the first gallery:

And this is what it looks like now, with Hatsan air stripper. I polished the crown and leade and the pellets load smoothly through the mag - altogether a very nice rifle! JSB Exacts 15.9 gr flying at 485 fps, plus minus 3 fps (regulated).

Nice Work Duke Meister, glad to hear the lead and polishing etc. worked well for you. Where did you end up getting the hatsan stripper from?

Thanks for the positive feedback. It has been a fun project to work on and only possible with help from you good folks on the forum. The air stripper came to me from JAG1, as a ,177 Hatsan stripper. I bought one from Sniper when I got my first AT44 way back when, but he doesn't sell them anymore. And I couldn't find any retailers in Canada carrying them - so I was lucky to get that one from JAG1. I just bored out the cone to 17/64" diameter to convert it to .22 cal. :drinkers:

Certainly appears to be dialed in, Duke. Well done. Now for testing further out.

A few questions, if you don’t mind:

1) Does the Hatsan stripper just thread on the end with the stock threads on the barrel?
2) What is on the barrel just behind the stripper?
3) Did you replace the recoil pad with a new one with the white stripe, if so, what did you use and how do you like it vs. The stock one?

thanks.

Hi HappyOne,
I threaded the muzzle end with a 1/2 -20 for about 1/2" long. Since the barrel is only 12.0mm OD, the threads end up being a bit loose. My solution was to turn a nylon spacer to 12.1mm ID and 16mm OD and epoxy it to the barrel. I also added some epoxy to the threads to make it all secure. The nylon spacer with a slight OG taper away from the stripper is what you see behind the stripper. It covers the knurl on the barrel and makes the whole thing look polished. I used the stock butt pad and just added some plastic shaped to fit for the white line, which is just for appearance - its abut 1/8" thick so doesn't change the LOP noticeably. Overall I'm very happy with how it turned out. I was just in my basement shooting spinners with it, in fact. Trying to beat winter boredom. I have upgraded the bolt handle to a nice polished brass one - looks even better now!

Thanks. We must have different barrels - mine is threaded at the end. I have cut down the front sight to clean up the lines. I also cut some styrene to fit between the stock and the rubber pad.
(sorry, phone pictures aren't the best)

Ya, you have a different barrel. Mine is off a PP700 I believe. Anyhow, here is my latest brass bolt handle, I filled the centre drill hole with a BB. Looks and feels good. :drinkers:

Looks great! Your barrel is off a LR700W, the multi pump rifle.
