If you can find one the Daisy 717/747 are quite the value.

Like many others have stated the P17 is hard to beat. Very accurate (I shoot ants 6-12 ft on my concrete deck all summer) and worst thing that seems to happen an O-ring may (will) fail, very easy to replace.

A Webley Hurricane is also a great choice if you can still find them. I have had one for decades and have never had to open it up yet. Even the breech seal doesn't leak. Couldn't even begin to estimate the number of pellets it has shot!

I have Benjamin Trail and Umarex Buck Mark for probably 2 years already. Both have it's advantages and shortcomings but I like both of them. Both are accurate for 10m when you got used to them. Both surprisingly still work after 2 years and probably over 5000 of shots. Buck Mark takes no efforts to cock and it has rail to put a red dot on it. It's very light, so I filled grip with used pellet to make it weight closer to real Buck Mark. Benjamin Trail is heavy and harder to cock, but it's probably most powerful pellet pistol which doesn't require PAL.

For the price you just can't beat the P17. :)
