I bought one too, just before Christmas.
It's the bottom one - no shroud - huh?

Hi Daryl, how do you like yours so far? Website had options between shrouded and unshrouded, decided to pick the former. Shroud is just for aesthetics With how clumsy i can be i definitely need a barrel Band haha

Excellent Choice Monkey..!

I love my .25 Cal M11, power+, and accurate as I can be.

The shroud wasn't an option when I got it from Wes; and I have since ordered a second barrel band for it to further enhance barrel harmonics. I still haven't settled on the placement along the tube but believe it can make a difference. Even if it doesn't, having the extra support for that barrel is good when tramping the bush looking for rabbits for the stew pot. Like you, I can be a bit clumsy and the gun gets a little heavy for me...

What is that scope you have hugging the magazine there..?

I just received a couple cans of the Hades in .25 cal and look forward to seeing for myself how they compare with the Predator Polymags for reducing pass-through and ricochet.
I haven't tried the NSA Slugs in the M11 yet, but hope to extend the useful range of this Artemis hammer as the price of slugs comes down in price.

I'm confident you are going to Love It..!

Looks great! I have the .22 version and it is powerful and accurate. (though a wee bit loud) I am sure you will love that rifle.

Hello Rupertt, i put a Hawke 4×32 vantage fixed on it, i share a similar perspective with you in regards to the significance of barrel bands. Im just looking forward for the shrouded ones to come in. Also ive been told these air rifles dont like the nielsen slugs too much, but maybe the new Nielsens will fare better, im planning to try them on the m11 soon. Also got the .25 hades, excited to see how it performs. The rifle didnt come with bands so its currently a safe Queen. But i have to admit i enjoy staring at it hehe

The B. band is not tight to the .25cal. barrel on mine, it's close, but sits exactly the same after each shot. A thin shim of pop cam might be in order, but will
have to try accuracy testing both ways.
So far, mine seems fine, accuracy wise but shooting this summer will tell that tale once I can get out doors on the range.
Shot count is really good from a 3,000psi fill. Good accuracy & same poi to 40shots. After that, the poi drops as off the regulator on the next 5 shots.
This is excellent results compared to the Condor's shot count. I will test them side by side this summer, for accuracy.
Some recent testing at 20yards indoors, using the 10 meter air rifle target. Most 5-shot groups with 26gr. Predator fit under a dime.
Shot with 3-12X Leapers Accushot 30mm etched glass reticle compact scope as shown in the picture above. Same scope on the HW97.

Just wanted to share some photos from today, i also recorded some shots from my home made scope cam but still trying to figure out how to share it on here...

All my shooting was done at 45 and 55 yards off of the trunk of my chevy cruze while standing lol..... definitely harder than i thought. A foldable table and matching chair is in order ..

Beautiful day out in Jordan River Area, the 65km drive was definitely worthit.

Some more shots.....
Mags have 9 shots capacity so some targets had 5 shots, some had 4.

simplicity surrounded by fantasy. I think these shots (sans targets) encapsulate the dream scenario of all air gunners.
Congrats, TM, you're very lucky, and thanks for the visual fantasy. :drinkers:

Thanks Guys! Indeed very lucky with the scenery. Those mountains in the horizon are the Olympic Mountains over in the States. Im literally at the edge of our country , so unique. Yes i know my shooting leaves a lot to be desired but this is just the beginning !

Very nice, very nice indeed..!

I see you pulled the shroud and installed a second barrel band. The shroud mount is bolted into the breach block and the shroud threads on to that..?

I see you ditched the brass thread protector at the end of the barrel; did you replace that with a threaded muzzle brake adapter and mated black thread protector..?

You swapped out the compact scope for a big-azz Discovery Scope, looks like a near perfect fit around the magazine. Nice work on the home-rigged scope cam. One of my Discovery scopes came with the scope cam adapter but I haven't had a chance to tinker with it. Which scope is that on there..?
The last shot zoomed in on the smaller target was sweet..!

Your Bipod looks awfully similar to the one I got from Air Gun Archery Fun...I'm planning on installing a sling on the M11 to make it easier to lug around the bush, it should make it easy to swap out for the Bipod.
Did you mount it using the sling stud adapter..? How do you like it..?

Is that some kind of Camo-Tape wrapped around the pistol grip..?

What pellets did you decide to run on that glorious day out..?

Thanks for sharing TM; I'm jealous..!
