Nope
And the ones in the country were most likely smuggled. SWFA doesn't export to Canada and the US State dept. will not issue export permit for mil-dot scopes.

Or any scopes from the States, if the rules have not changed from decades ago.
If there was a dealer, then NP. You need to contact the scope maker or Us dealer to see
if there are any dealers up here.

As silly as it might sound, buying a SWFA scope in Canada could get you in trouble with the U.S. Department of State

ITAR regulations prohibit the export from the U.S. of a number of firearms related items, including scopes. Buying a SWAFA scope in Canada won't get anyone in trouble. Rather it's the seller who seeks to sell outside of the U.S. who gets into trouble. The same goes for anyone trying to "export" an ITAR item on his own -- i.e. "smuggling" it across the border from the U.S. to Canada.

There are lots of equal or better options these days, including the Discovery line, well represented at Airgun/Archery Fun (link at top of the page). There are many great reviews of this line of scopes on this forum.
