Got this puppy running 415 fps on H&N Finale....
Managed some single hole 3/8 3 shot groups with some consistency..at 10 yds..
If i do 5 shot groups, I always get one wrecking the group but never above 3/4 inch.

So what was it you modified to achieve those results. Care to share ?

Sure...I chucked out the O rings and went with Quad seals...
Lapped a lead into the breech and chamfered the outside edge of the barrel, to achieve a perfect sealing set up.
This got me up to 360 fps from the 330 fps and 5 fps vel variation.
I opened the transfer port up to 4mm ..
I then flushed the valve and port out with Hydraulic oil ...I also polished the rifling ..
I then added a quad seal to the main piston so it seals further forward on its front face..shifting the slot further forward slightly to aid compression...
Finally, selecting the Finale pellet as ideal for my barrel i got 415 fps ..
R10 ran 407 fps for the record..

Interesting way to mod.
Further understanding the advantages:
The Performance Advantages of a Quad-Ring™ Vs. An O-Ring

Quad-Ring vs O-Ring
The difference between a Quad Ring (left) and an O-ring
We’ve spent the past few entries on this blog discussing O-rings. Now we’d like to talk about the design and performance differences between elastomeric O-rings and Quad-Rings™.

The O-ring is a doughnut-shaped circular cross section seal that can be used nearly anywhere in the sealing industry. The Quad-Ring™, a 100% retrofit option for any O-ring application, can and will outperform an O-ring in many technical areas.

The Quad-Ring™ has four definitive sealing advantages over an O-Ring:

Hidden parting lines, or flash lines. The flash lines (a line of excess material where the compression mold tool comes together) on an O-ring is always on the outer most diameter, which consequently is a sealing surface. On a Quad-Ring™, that flash line is on the inside of the two outer lobes; therefore, it does not effect the sealing lips.
The Quad-Ring™ is more stable in dynamic applications. It is also more resistant to rolling as it has a wider footprint and takes up the corners of the hardware groove. Spiral failure is common in dynamic O-ring applications in which torsion occurs and the ring can extrude or over-yield.
The Quad-Ring™ has great lubrication retention. The grooves on the inside and outside diameter of the ring retain lubricant, thereby lowering friction and extending packing/seal life.
Less compression force to seal. The multi-lobed design provides more sealing surfaces than an O-ring, all while using the same hardware (Quad-Rings™ are intended to be used in standard O-ring grooves). With these multiple seal points on one ring, less squeeze is required to provide an effective seal. Less friction and wear will ultimately increase service life and reduce downtime.
To recap, the Quad-Ring™ is a 100 percent retrofit design option for any current O-ring application. It follows the same standard sizing as O-rings as well. Gallagher Fluid Seals has in stock both Quad-Rings™ and O-rings in a variety of materials.

To learn more about applications where Quad-Rings™and O-rings will perform, download our detailed guide to O-rings. This 36-page design guide deals with the technical performance characteristics, material properties, chemical and temperature compatibility, hardware considerations and failure modes of elastomeric O-rings.

I would prefer a sample size of 60 for a better indicator of accuracy but with what has been presented seems not so bad for an economy target pistol. Were the shots taken while benched or clamped? Was the trigger modified for better feel? The FAS 6004, and their powder burning counterparts have always had my interest to purchase. Very high value.

Thank you for the 2 nice replies above guys..
Taking the second post first, I honestly made those groups free hand...
I am very practised pistol shot with a strong discipline...I cannot always do that of course, but its the best i have managed.
I feel the gun is very easy to manage and does not waver around like long 14 inch pistols.
Spent an age setting the trigger to a tiny first stage, followed by a touch to let off..
Extra bit of velocity has definitely helped with speed to target and scoring the cards.

As regard the quad seals, apart from offering a tiny oil trap, they place the compression further forward.
An equally positioned O ring, gets it compression 1 mm further back on its top dead centre where it seals (2mm O ring sealing 1mm further back at its top dead centre, being 1 mm back from its front face)
Quad seals seal on the front face being square across their front..= less dead space = more compression.
