The mini group is good stuff ammo wise.

Have not had much luck with steel lips or hot lips magazines.
The 25 rounders dirty up fast, and are finicky to clean.

Think you'll have it solved with the factory mags...

Regards,

Doc Sharptail

Why not pin them?

Why bother getting them pinned when new 10 rnd rotary mags are 30 bucks?

I found my 25 round magazines worked well with WW Super X HP, Remington Yellow Jackets, as well as Winchester Power Points.
The rest of the ammo didn't feed well. The Ruger 10 shot mags fed perfectly and now, that is all I have, as all of the 25 round mags
for the Ruger 10/22 have been declared prohibited devices. I had to destroy 3 of them, leaving me with only 4 mags now. I really liked
the BCreek clear plastic mag. Easy to see how many rounds were left.
