Hi BB1Shooter, the conversion to .22 calibre on my Ux Colt SAA is done, and works very well :) .

I machined a beater 2240 barrel I had, in which the rifling was very good. I made it 1/2'' longer that the original barrel, it's now almost flush with the fake barrel muzzle. I also re-bored one cartridge and made a new delrin rear seal/pellet holder. Pellet fit is very good, it kinda ''clicks'' in place, and the two pellets I shot went where I aimed @ 5 yards, so accuracy seems to be there. I was also pleased with the chrony results, getting 343 fps with a 14.35 grains JSB Jumbo Express; this is with no power mods at all. I will test with RWS hobby 11 grains pellets soon. I'm foreseeing very pleasant 10-15 yards plinking with this .22 6-shooter  .

I still need to convert a few of my cartridges, so I'll make a good batch of .22 seals. If someone's interested in having his/her SAA converted to .22 calibre, please PM me for details.

Hi guys, I also successfully converted my ASG Dan Wesson 8'' BB revolver to .22 calibre with a rifled barrel. Accuracy yet again is much better than with BBs, and it shoots in the low 400s. If someone's interested in the conversion, please PM me for details.

No not yet. I made the PP700 barrel band on order, by the specs of the owner. If you need one we can discuss, just send me a PM :) .
