Hi all,

As a few of you know, I've been machining my own replacement/custom airgun parts for a while now. Now I want to start making small batches of parts to offer for sale. I'll be posting pics here in this section of the work I did. Also I can make a custom part that is not currently offered, taylor-made to your needs. I mostly focus on turned parts for now, but I can do small milling work on my lathe when necessary. If all goes well, a milling machine is in my plan for the near future.

I'm starting a poll, you can vote for as much options as you want, and if you'd like something that's not listed, please feel free to post your suggestion(s) :) . Here are a few examples of my work:

I'd like to see this kind of hammer assembly to come back, to prevent that hammer bounce

Very nice work.
I can think of muzzle brakes for 15mm barrels similar to the Apex ones for HW30S, also cocking aids for underlever rifles such as the ones for AA TX200.ImageImage

This is very similar to my Crosman 150 hammer assy., and I can't help but see that old design as an early SSG. Thanks for the suggestion, on my list for serious study.

Thank you Tom :) . I'm already brainstorming on replacement front sights and muzzle brakes for Diana/Weihrauch air rifles. I'd like the part to be installable without having to file the original grooves, and also cover the non-blued spots I saw on my own German rifles. I'll be updating as soon as I can on that.

As for AA airguns, I never had one in my hands, and this is the kind of part that needs to be carefully measured before work can start. I can't give any timeline on that, but definitely add it to my list. Cheers!

Airmec,

Male foster fitting plug that I use to plug the end of my PCP fill hose. That way, I'm sure my hose is always clean of any debris that could end up in my air reservoir.

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

Do you mean something like this, less the lanyard? https://airtanksplus.com/product/dead-h ... r-fitting/

If so, no problems.

Looking for parts to convert a Colt .177 pellet Peacemaker to .22 cal.

Also looking for a 4.75" barrel for my Peacemaker, in either BB or pellet.

Hey there! I do have one of those fine SAA and had a check at that conversion. The hardest part I guess would be to convert the cartridges, the way I see it, it would probably be easier to make new ones considering the work involved. But not impossible - at all! A stock 2240 barrel could be a very good ''blank'' for the new barrel.

When saying 4.75'', do you mean the real length of the ''inside'' barrel, or is it for the original 4.75'' Colt model?

Real length, for original Colt 4.75" Model. Like on the Crosman 44, SA6, & Daisy 179.

Would starting with the larger paintball cartridges from the Umarx Legends "Smoke Wagon", be an easier conversion?

Will see about the barrel, I need to have a look at my SAA.

6 mm is bigger than .22 (5.5 mm), so not sure that could work. I had a closer look at my cartridges and I was wrong, they would be easier to convert that I first thought. I have quite a few so I will start testing tomorrow on one  . I think I can make a new seal/pellet holder and re-bore the cartridge. Will keep you posted :) .
