Used to call them "Bun Wagons". The ones we had looked like panel vans.

To be honest, I regret my above musing and mods are welcome to delete it. The reason being is that after doing a little digging it's come to light that the accused apparently died by his own hand in November. That's just sad and tragic no matter how one looks at it.

He's a dirty criminal. I weep no tears for him. His actions may have resulted in innocent people lives taken, by senseless gang violence. He did the Courts and Canada a favor. Now we don't need to waste tax payer dollars housing, or defending him.

On the one hand, I agree with you. He engaged in criminal activity. He was also caught up in the Sons of Odin thing. Wrong path to folow.
I didn't hang out with him in school, not even the same crowd. I could identify him, but didn't know Him personally.
I found info that he'd been a heavy equipment operator until a year ago. Had built an out building for a senior in his town...
That tells me he had some talents, skills, abilities. Imo, what a tragedy, what a waste, when anyone throws it all away like that.
I've known hard times, thankfully got through it, and always stayed above the law. Some don't handle it that way, unfortunately.
