COVID is the blame. The CBSA workers and Canada Post workers have to comply with the same 6' distance and mega cleaning that we see in private businesses. Less workers can be assigned to small areas that may have once had them elbow-to-elbow. Masks, gowns and visors are not the most comfortable to work in. The current parcel flow is way above the typical numbers. Records are being set for parcel numbers.

Pre-COVID I received many orders from China that took under 3 weeks to get here. My last 2 orders took 89 days and 121 days. It will be interesting to see Black Friday and the pre-Christmas shipping times. The system wasn't designed for this sort of parcel flow, especially with the COVID safety measures.

COVID sucks ... COVID is a goof ... COVID must die out

Well.... Really can't imagine the Black Friday and the pre Christmas sales periods... Due to the same covid issues, I noticed I buy more from online than before... A little bit better now as I back to shop groceries from stores again but still buying some from the online new business...

Hopefully we won't get Christmas gift in the next year March break....

Black Friday (online) and Cyber Monday was huge the last couple of years. Some of our airgun dealers had good deals and free shipping. The brick-and-mortar sales likely won't happen but I doubt the idea will be completely dumped... but I guess we wait and see. I never go to the stores but I have ordered online during BF and CM sales. Get your credit card ready!

I made two orders with GMAC from the UK. They finally arrived in Canada, but customs is holding them and won’t release the items to Canada post for processing. Is this normal?
Been 3 days already in customs. I ordered folding stock, air stripper, 14.5 inch barrel, longer pellet probe for a Crosman 2240. Anybody else have same situation?

I've had die-cast cars held up longer than that. No worries.

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

I'm getting orders from China in under 30 days now.

It would die out, if people maintained social distancing and follow PPE orders. Rather then still having FT shoots, rallies, meetings etc.
