I'd be curious to see the speed, had he gone for the 750psi, like initially planed..l

Also - wonder what the speed would be at various pressures, without the vacuum in the barrel.

the ball disintegrated @ 575 so don't think there would be any difference other then more noise @ 750.... :lol: :lol:

There were 'pieces' of ball in the slow-mo picture during flight, however it didn't disintegrate until it hit the plate.
The pieces in flight showed it was breaking up or at least sloughing off material from the outside and if the distance
to impact was longer, we may have witnessed total disintegration in flight, or due to it's poor shape, would slow enough
before that happened, to prevent it from total annihilation.
