The G17 gen 4 shoot's low and left, modifying it is to much trouble, I only tried a piece or two of electrical tape, as for the rest I adjust POA, to bad cause it's a beatiful gun :cry: ...

I've seen field test review on replicaairguns.ca and it shoots low and left as well. I see people have the same problems here as well, the fact that it shooting left means that probably barrel is not correctly aligned. Do you guys tried to contact Umarex support, maybe they aware of the problem and can send you new slide assembly?

Plenty of places, but question would be. Does it use the same method of securing sights on the airgun version, does it the real version?

Is there a 3/16 nut screw on the bottom of the slide, that secures the front sight. Is the rear sight on a dovetail?

They might just cut cost and molded these into the slide.

easiest place is amazon.ca, just make sure that Umarex G17 has the same sight mountings a a real Glock.

You would have to put on an after market adjustable sight, red dot etc.
I just change my point of aim now.

Same here, I just adjusted my POA.

May get around to installing an under barrel red dot laser at some point in time.

I know there is sights for the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 Airsoft..

Has anyone taken the slide off, and checked under for 2 screws? One for the front sight, and one for the rear?

If there is, chances are you can swap the sights out.

It would take some work to do, it's not mean to be done they're there permanently and would require some modification.

The Moment I Tried to remove the screw from under the slide that seems to hold the rear sight it place, the screw began to strip...so I stopped.
There may be some lock-tight in there... In the end I kind of gave up, and now put my focus on my Sig M17 Airsoft, I bough the Sig Red dot made for it and the installation is easy.

Oh for sure I would get one if I were you ( If you can find one in stock ) It's one of my favorites... I love the Glock, I bought an extra mag for it and holster
stuck a Surefire© light on it. :wink: :wink:

Once I got used to how it shoots, then I was ok with it.

Does anyone in Canada sell the Sig M17 .177 pellet gun red dot sight?

I have only seen it at Pyramyd.
