Hey

My winter project will be building a wall display for about 20 hand pistols and a few SMG's ( not real guns, air replicas )

I'm handy to a degree, and have some ideas as to what I may do,
I want to avoid the standard pulp wood peg board.

Was wondering if any of you would be willing to share photos, and how you built yours.

Because of the style of my "room" is a more finished look, I was thinking of doing something more like seen here in
the John Wick 3 film. Vinyl green marble pattern cloth, covering large pegboards , and punching holes in the vinyl only where need be for the hooks. ( I know this means that I would no longer have the ability to change the gun layout at a later date, but that's something I'm willing to live with for the look )

Wood frame encased with small LED light strips for the accent lighting, and then halogen lights on top and below in the frame.

Would like to see how you guys display yours

All over...

Got one in the porch, that my pester. Some on my bench, some in my gun cabinet, some above it on the stairs, some on the side of my cabinet. Found out you need a big area..

Fixing the layout would make you need a bigger house very soon~ [emoji38]

I put two SS pegboards side by side, and only hang the guns I am using on it... The else are in boxes and bags hiding here and there... And from time to time I will swap them between storage and 'display center'...

The current layout includes 3 rifles (FWB300SU, AA Pro Sport, HW35E), one carbine (Diana Chaser), 3 pistols (XSP180, HW70, Walther NightHawk) on the wall then one carbine (PP700SA) on the rack on the table below, 3 other pistols (HW40, HW45, Izzy 46M) in the box on the floor and the other pistol (Beeman P3) in the bag under the PP700 in the second layer of the table... These are the guns I usually use currently....

Mostly not replicas tho, except the NightHawk... Oh, and the P365 in the box besides the P3... The P365 was my latest purchase of replicas and the NightHawk looks great on the wall... Didn't shoot them tho...

It looks nice but if you really want a shooter, the original CP99 is better than the NighHawk. The CP99 can be cocked by pulling the slide and can be decoked by pressing the button on the slide.

I am hoping to avoid the Pegboard, unless I can hide in beneath a covering
