if you go to the d&l homepage down on the left near the bottom is contact information. phone number and e-mails.

Received an order from D&L last week. I think they have updated their web page this week. So suspect they are open. Try contacting Quinten again.

"Apparently with the CAF store, to get any replies you need to track down Sniper on this forum and PM him. On a recent thread. I say If you cannot monitor the store email, why even have a option to contact us? We shouldn't need to chase down the owner on a forum"

I only do $200 a year on pellets with CAF store and prompt replies for 10 years but clearly several members have started threads in past on their "no response" to inquiries. I agree with above comments and , while Dan is often super busy with his full time job, he must know that he is losing opportunities for large and small purchases from our membership in particular.The $40 fee for shipping is not correct in most cases, although partially refundable but that point is not clear at the outset. The website should be reconfigured to reflect correct shipping costs at the time of order based on postal codes as other online dealers do.

I also placed an order with D&L recently... its on its way and i had a tracking number emailed to me last week. Somebody is home, keep trying!

Clearly my post was deleted, but you quoted some. But I was turned off ordering from the Store. Due to the lack of replies. Criticism is how a business knows, to fix a problem. How many more " I cannot contact CAF store" threads ? Before there is a post from Dan, Saying, please contact me here. So other potential buyers can deal with, without getting bad taste in their mouth, from being Ghosted.

Why not a mod, or the admin, make a sticky/banner about CAF store business. Then these threads and just saying contact Dan, anyone new won't know who he is.
