hey t. these look like nice little guns. i wanted one to but passed on it after i watched some you tube video reviews. not very accurate and not too powereful. nice looking replicas though. they look ok. for some plinking fun.

If you are looking for a one to one replica, The James Bond look? forget it.
The pistol grip is longer on this C02 version to accommodate the CO2 bulb
a real PPK is not that long, ( Unless you have extender mag with extra rounds )

Accuracy is garbage, but this is a replica made more for plinking.

I have had my Umarex Walther PPK, CO2 BB gun for more than 3 years. I have a bit of a different opinion of it.

I think it is exactly what it claims to be. A replica BB pistol. I have never handled the real firearm, so can't comment on the exact comparison. But it is a fun compact CO2 BB pistol, with snappy blowback action. I found it to be reasonable in accuracy, compared to other similar replicas, some costing a lot more. I shoot it on a 24 ft. basement range, and it's accuracy is as good as my Glock's (17 Gen 4 & 19x), as well as my Beretta 92A1. And I don't have a problem with it's velocity. Although I don't have a chrono, I feel the velocity isn't an issue. I would guess it is around 300 fps.

I'm not sure what everyone everyone expects from a CO2 blowback replica BB gun with a smooth bore barrel that is around 3" long, and can be bought for less than $100 CDN. I was very happy with my purchase.

I get around 100 good shots from one CO2, which I feel is pretty good for a blow back CO2 pistol. And spare stick magazines can be bought a reasonable price.

Only complaint, is the Walther laser specifically designed for it. I replaced the trigger guard with it, but it never held it's zero for me, so I removed it. If some wants it I can sell it to them at a good price.

Finally, Princess Auto is clearing it out for $75.

And you can pretend to be Bond, James Bond. And it allows you to order your martini's shaken, not stirred. Need I say any more.

You are correct; the grip is too long for a PPK. It just so happens, though, that this replica is identified as a PPK/S, which has a longer grip to accommodate an extra round. This replica is also realistic in that it has the finger rest where the bottom of the mag would be - a feature of the original mag that came with the PPK/S

All around, I would say this is a pretty good replica, complete with Walther branding. I do agree that this pistol is only good for plinking, but what else would you expect of any BB gun?

A bit of a long shot (no pun intended), but does anyone in Canada have this for sale or is willing to part with their PPK/S? Trying to keep my options within Canada, so any advise in any direction is appreciated!

Aside the lenght of the handle (wich is fine for my big man hands)

Easy to cure when you know how to do , easy permament fix.
FPS : originally 295 but with somes mods (that require time and accuracy) this baby can reach 400

The PPK and the PPK/S are two different guns. But the PPK/S (which the replica is based on) is basically a Walther PP frame with a PPK slide which was done for some U.S requirement. I had the CO2 replica which I modded. Since it's a PP frame I was able to purchase reproduction PP grips and fitted them on to the air pistol which was a nightmare of a task with aligning the spring clip. I also chopped off the rear bottom corner of frame to make the extended magazine stand out more. To me it looks much better than the stock version.
