This is what I have been using for basement shooting with BB's.

Simple wood frame and back, with layers of cardboard for a backer.

Took the teacup hangers from the cupboard, and hang cans by the tab.(wife has not noticed :P )

looks like just some plain cardboard behind those cans
if so your shots will go straight through them cans
and through the cardboard you need a better back stop.... :?

Wood back as stated in description.
Cardboard prevents bb's from bouncing back, could also use duct seal,
have lots of left over cardboard at work from shipments.

Instead of cardboard behind, plastic corrugated election signs I use in mine like that. Plus it holds back the duct seal, as duct seal when 1 inch thick seems to want to fall for the first little while when first put in. But mine takes 16 bars of duct seal. I collect the plastic signs where ever I can. Keep and eye on ditch's after elections. :)
