hi
I have just been reading your post and i have exactly the same problem, have you managed to solve it.
I have only had mk3 and 4 and never had a problem but since i have had this mk5 i have the rotating piston body. I think this is inheritant of the mk5, The rifle i have i bought is mint in box and there is no wear at all on it and has hardly been used.
i have put a titan xs spring in it at a length of 235mm so i don't think thats the problem.
What have you do to yours and have you solved the problem.
