I was looking at the transfer port between the reviver and barrel. The port coming out of the reviver looks like it's really small. It's almost like it's meant for the .177 version. Is the hole in the .22 normally bigger. Does anyone know if it's bigger in the USA version of the gun. And would drill it out larger hurt the performance of the gun

The Benji Classic was only produced in .22 cal and <500 fps so whatever hole diameter is there is what it's supposed to be. There is no high power version or US version for that matter.
However, the action is simply a B19 variant but even that has a common TP diameter for the .177 and .22 cal. Increasing the diameter may have some effect on it's performance but then again it may not be the one you're hoping for. Leave it be, get a full power spring and piston if you want more power and can handle the recoil. There are countless threads on this forum on how to tune a Benjamin Classic, or Crosman Quest, Phantom, etc. Do some browsing and everything you want to know is there. :drinkers:

If you search in this forum on pages 5,6 and 12 that should get you started.

Heres a short video...this guy no doubt found out the hard way.....he never DID put up a follow up video...
I suppose if you do a very gradual increase in size and test with a chrony you may find an increase in fps....or you may have just destroyed a good tube....https://youtu.be/UiJSf8oD1EQ

Wouldn't be impossible to sleeve the port if you go overboard.
