Do you want to prevent drunk drivers from killing sober drivers?....

Simple.... ban sober drivers from driving!....

Well, that's how gun control works, right?!?!?....

I had read somewhere in the past, saying in Canada 1 in 3 drivers are impaired in one way or another.

Would be easy... You get your license after you visit the doctor, who prescribes you some Xanax and some Percocet. Sends you on your way.

Yeah, but the phone booth was "allegedly"an attempt to get rid of an arch-rival.... The story is that he backed his car up, aimed at the phone booth (ie the guy inside it) and gunned it!.... I still don't think it has gone to trial....
