Here they are.... Somebody would doubt where's the 44... Uhh, I don't think I would get that baby-HW100 for a higher Canadian price plus the lower Canadian performance and without the must-have muzzle equipment in the other place except Canada... Image

Very nice, I still wouldn’t mind to find a HW70. I’ve since downsized to two HW45’s; one STL and one standard with the shoulder stock and multiple barrels. Agreed on the 44, the Pp700sa or 750 seems a good price and doing the same thing, other than being made in China.

Very nice collection. It takes years to complete.

Looks I have been running too fast and need to slow down a little bit in buying new guns...

Finished my above collection in 3 years and 2 months something... Bought the HW40 on 2017 late December, and 2018 spring the 45, then P3, and 70, the latest 75 was in early March this year... :)

So you are not done.

I highly doubt the pp700sa or any of the value pcp pistols are in the same league of the 44. Quality doesn't come cheap and besides, I would think the 44 is the valued priced option in terms of pcp pistols. A repeater as well. Tell me you regret buying any AG of quality.

I think you need one.

I think I need a HW100 more than the 44~ [emoji38]

From the HW100 I surely with no doubt on the 44 for any performance and features...

Just in Canada, paying more (a lot more) than our neighbor but get a detuned one and not allowed to add a muzzle attachment looks not a good deal... I have very less PCP experience, but from my PP700, I know it's hard to detune a PCP to reach some certain level which the designer of the gun didn't intend for doing so. And that would be a nightmare for the shooter...

The HW44 is on my list, however not on the front places tho...

I'm not sure what the big deal is about "detuned". All air pistols must be under the 500fps 5.7 joules to remain unregulated. Why does it mattered if it was detuned? Mine is and works superb.

I get wanting a PCP rifle. Definitely worth it. If PAL rated need a place to shoot it. Great if you live rurally. Not so much for us city/suburban dwellers. In the basement +500 fps really isn't necessary and noise starts becoming an issue. Range time if you have that option. Fun though.

I do like to know how good and consistent the detuned 44 can do~ Did you have a shot string to show me?

I believe the 44 is being tuned better and has the higher compatibility ~ I know the PP700 is not comparable to the HW44, but I really had a hard time to keep the gun in low speed and consistent without the creeping but failed and proved what I read at the beginning that our southern neighbors are correct when tuning down their PP700 and found it's hard...

It is regulated. Not only would the consistency be good but more shots than higher power version. Being tuned to a lower power output will not make it less accurate or less consistent. Being Weihrauch I would expect and demand both to be high. I'm still not sure how being detuned matters. How does having the power capped at 5.7j affect accuracy or consistency?

Sorry I do not have an example of a detuned version of the shot string.

I get that aesthetics matter. Personally I wouldn't want to add weight on the end of the barrel or otherwise unless it aided in the shot cycle but to each their own.

Thanks for the input ~

I don't have much experience on tuning PCPs but I really do know that's not easy just hoping Weihrauch quality makes it easier... I found at least higher than 10fpe to make my PP700 not creeping too much... We know the limit so just had to tune it back to about 450fps after experiment finished but it would just creep up a shot 40, 50fps higher than usual from time to time...

It came that way.....its one of the only ones I have seen all silver.......usually the barrel shroud is black.
I also picked up barrels in different caliber for it. Switch between .177 .20 .22
