I was invited to join a private FT practice today by Bob W. and Chris H. This being my first time out, I expected myself to have very little success.

It sure started out that way in the morning. Bob and Chris had to help me with my trigger control, aiming and some general knowledge on FT. It was like learning to shoot all over again.

By the afternoon, I was able to shoot 1 inch targets at 34 yards with a stick, not to mention picking 25 yard target consistently, too. Feeling much more comfortable shooting outdoors.

I left with a big grin and a sunburn on my face, what a day I had. Thanks to Bob and Chris who generously shared their FT shooting experience with me, I felt much more confident in joining my first FT match when the HAHA Club is reopened.

Great job guys! I will sure bring more friends next time.ImageImageImage

It was great to have you out to join us. I am glad you enjoyed your time here , it is always a joy to help someone learn about FT. As you saw, a little trigger time and some friendly coaching can make a real difference. You are always welcome to come out and shoot anytime.

Honestly, the Impact hits everything I aimed at. A super heavy and super accurate rifle. Nice one!

Indeed it was fun. I had not enjoyed myself so much for a long long time. Thanks Chris!

Wish you were there! I can tell you it was way better than shooting an Olympic Gold medalist rifle in the basement. Those guns cried out to stretch their legs. So, Please give them a chance![emoji6]

That looks fun. The old german is mighty jealous watching others being shot in the sun. I'm temped to scope her up and give it a try. Sadly not enough time right now.
