Yes~ that's exactly what I know and Dan should already verified the PAL info which you have to enter before placing the order for a PAL rated rifle.

And looks Tianni (OP) need to have that verified again before delivery or picking up the parcel?!

Edit....

I re read it a few times and looks I had misunderstood.... The PAL already been verified when placing the order and everything just settled then the last thing is waiting for delivery, right?

Sorry for the ESL...... :(

Looks like both rifles require PAL , so lets get back on track to the question the OP asked which was HW50 or Diana 280.

I have a 50 and had a 280. Recommend the HW50. Physically, handles like a sporting 22. Short, snappy shot cycle . Two or 3 tune kits available if you want to go that route. Record trigger. Don't worry about "galling issues" that you may read as this has been addressed on the new ones. Cocking is a bit more difficult than the 280 but loosening the pivot bolt and a bit of use will take care of that.

The 280 is a nice rifle but a physically longer rifle. Lazy shot cycle as the stroke is longer. Not a lot of aftermarket parts, though piston seals etc are same a Diana 34. The T06 triggers are nice, but personally I think the Record trigger is nicer.

As mentioned, the forum store has the 50 listed. I dont think you can beat the price.

I have ordered the hw50s from the forum store but we have been on wildfire evacuation order since July 20th and don’t know when they will let us go home so I can collect the rifle from courier. Really tired of camping in our trailer for 2 weeks.
