What's a check valve?....again tank leaks from gauge when nozzle is open and being filled......when nozzle is sealed air leaks out the fill nipple...if nozzel is very tight it almost sounds like a micro leak from fill nipple....anyone know what this could be from?

Well, basically it is a device that allows fluid flow in only one direction. If you have an electrical background, it's like a diode but for fluid flow. If you have a mechanical background you'd know what it was without asking. So on the Fill Nipple you want air to go into the tank (one way) and not come back out. The internal pressure forces the check valve shut when you relieve the fill (external) pressure. When your pumping the tank, the external pressure is greater than the internal pressure and so the valve will open to allow air into the tank. I'm all for experimentation and hands on experience, but a friendly reminder that HPA can be very dangerous, so make sure you do things safely. If your gauge port is leaking, first find out where (threads or gauge itself).

Ok the leak is only when filling and it's coming from the gauge or the twist valve I think its the twist valve

I think you need to replace that rubber seal that came out, and just looking at the pics I believe it was a flat seal (looking like a rubber washer) between to the two mating surfaces in the pic below. In a pinch if you put a O-ring there it may seal it, for a while anyhow. If yes, then order a right size and type and it should be good as new.
