Tried Crosman 1377 for right hand (ISSF rules) bench-rest. Got only 146/200 Very frustrating, but surely Crosman's trigger spoils a lot. Just for fun shot 5 with left hand left eye. All five were in nine zone just in 12 hours )) I have no explanation for that. Yes, my left eye acuity is slightly better...

Not that uncommon. Same for me. My dominant eye (right) has quite a bit of distortion but I'm not comfortable sighting with my left.

The idea of ISSF pistol bench rest is interesting. Easy on the time with a manageable 20 shots.

Crosman 1377 with benchrest under shooting elbow (exercise for wrist control) got 152/200.

Today tried "classical benchrest" (only pistol grip touching the support) right hand Crosman 1377 and got 162/200. The sights are not adjustable, so I need to aim slightly left to get to the center. It looks like I am getting used to nasty character of this pistol )))

The front of the action and barrel touching the 'bag' are the way to shoot 'classic' BR with a pistol.
The butt should not be touching anything as that will throw off the shot due to barrel time with recoil.
The pistol in this picture is in the correct position for shooting. Hold onto the hand and shoot.

Sorry, my dear friend, according ISSF NO BAGS AT ALL. Just stand support with very limited surface. I need to look the exact data. Just looked at ISSF website. It is in the part for "seniors". Official name "Supported Rest Shooting". There is text and pictures how it should be done properly.
