Check out this item on their website:

Stoeger Air Rifle with 4x32 Scope #375-0595-2 $59.99

I think the text of the add might not mean what they think it means. However, if it does it could be a hell of a deal.

When CT had a much more expensive workbench pictured in their ad as opposed to what they were really selling I got the expensive workbench as I was the first to ask for it in the store. Then they corrected it. People should head to the stores and ask for the scope and rifle. I believe the 1st person to do so at each site would or should get a rifle.

Years ago, I entered my local C.Tire store and in the sporting good section, asked for 2 bricks of .17 HMR ammo.(1,000rounds total)

The young lady brought them out of the stock room, then checked my PAL and escorted me to the counter with the ammo.
The cashier scanned them and charged me $19.90 + tax - I paid and she gave me 2 5 cent CT bills.
The next time I went in and bought a single brick, I was charged $139.50 plus tax., per brick. I assume they corrected the error.
Also, the ammo had gone up in price somewhat.

The local CT bought out Wholesale Sports in town here on a lot of gun stuff for 85% off,
then put the boxes of bullets on the shelves at 100% markup of the book wholesale price.
No wonder that department don't sell much and people drive 60 miles to Vanderhoof to buy
primers, bullets & powder.

I very rarely buy any ammo from CT. I rather roll my own. But where I live it is order in for this and that. Look at CT and Tools. They are always going on sale.. So what does that tell you? Their mark up is outrageous.

Reminds me that I need to visit Dad and pick up some 303 brass.

Never pay regular price at Crappytire. The sale price is the regular price, the regular price is the sucker price.

Sometime the pricing (and the staff) at CT don't make sens.
- Many-many years ago, was there with a friend, he wanted a few box of 22lr. Got to pay at the sport-counter, the brick of 22lr comes up at $2.99... tell the sport manager that "I think you got the price wrong"... Manager gets a little upset, eh! I work here and know what I'm doing. I scanned it it $2.99 it is.
- Me, OK. You know what, I'll get few box for myself :axe:

CT will price match with any other Canadian airgun store or online dealer with .ca in their name.( you can read this on their website). I had purchased an airgun from them in August .Their price $159- the online dealer was $90 so I got it at the lower price. You must bring in the proof that it is in stock elsewhere. Great deal and great return policy/ warranty if you want what they have.
