Misfire? Sorry I'm a bit confused. Does it fire at all? If so did any fire at normal velocity? I had troubled with my 953 with pellets too large for the breech. Not enough power to push them down the barrel.

This link has some videos showing how to disassemble the daisy *53 line.

How's the feel when you close the cocking arm to compress the air? Any leaking sound heard or feeling too easy on cocking?

And if the trigger did fire the gun or not? I mean the air had been compressed but the trigger Unit not working? If so, I think it would be difficult to pull open the cocking arm again and the compressed air inside would also push open the arm when you initially pulled it open a bit with your own effort...

I get resistance every time i close the cocking arm, i ear the air comming inside at the end of the stoke ear no leak when i close it. Trigger clic every time. I get lot of misfire with the gamo match but with crosman wad cutter get only 1 misfire on 25 shoots.

So the mechanism is just fine, But the pellet's issue then?

Maybe an aged and worn seal wouldn't hold up the pressure even re oiled tho... New seal ordered yet?

Switch to another make or model to see? Anything lighter and softer?

You shouldn't hear any air at the end of the stroke. The compressed air should stay in the valve until you dump it with the trigger pull. Maybe you have a valve seal leak.

Any chance of a short video clip of what is happening? All good ideas listed above and without any chrony numbers its hard to say if you are getting full power or not. You could try putting 2 pumps in and see if that would shift the gamo pellets. 2 pumps may add 30 or so fps if 1 pump isn't quite filling the valve. If you hear air leaking out after pumping then it needs new seals. If you pump it and leave it sit for a few minutes will it still fire the crosmans? if yes, then I'm less inclined to believe the problem is with seals and more to say the gamo pellets are too big. But it doesn't explain the occasional lack of fire with the crosmans.. so maybe a hybrid issue. The occasional crosman misfire maybe if you wait longer than usual between the pump and the fire. ??? It's a puzzle. :drinkers:

Cool. Give 2 pumps and see if it fires the gamo.
How are you ckearing the stuck pellets? Push rod from muzzle to breach?

I just repump the gun and shoot redo that 4-5 times until the pellet came out , it came out with speed.

I doest n know we can use the 853 like a multi pump

Not really, usually just one pump will fill the valve..two just put the final top up, but not needed for normal operation. The valve can only hold so much air so multi pumping shouldn't increase power at all if everything is sealing properly. Supposed to be hard on the valve too to multi pump it so go easy or you may blow it up.
