Under the topic of reusing ammo, if anyone is interested, I have tens of thousands of used BB's that I have mostly shot into my cardboard/newspaper backdrop, if anyone is interested. Combination of Umarex, Daisy, Hornady Black Diamond & Crosman .177 BB in plastic bottles. Willing to sell real cheap! Don't shoot very many high powered BB guns, and at 24 ft. into cardboard/newspaper backdrops, I would think few are mis-formed. I prefer not to reuse them.

Also have used .177 & .22 pellets, but many are deformed from shooting, even if just into foam, cardboard, newspaper etc. But many may be able to be reshaped & reused, if you are so inclined.

Please PM if anyone is interested in reusing these pellets & BBs.

I'm located in Winnipeg, if you don't want to pay shipping.

I recycle and re use BBs before... But since I shoot pellets much more than BBs and use the duct seal pellet trap, I didn't do it anymore as it's really hard to clean the duct seal on the BB...

Dropped or deformed pellet due to shipping etc is different than shot pellets. The pellets went through the barrel will be cut by the rifling and not able to be used again...

This thread turned out to be a recycling depot.[emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
All kidding aside, as cheap as I am, I would not reuse a shot pellet, even if they pass the visual inspection. BB's I don't shoot, so no comment.
My bent skirt pellets came from dented new tins during shipping, and the heads appeared fine, only skirts are deformed.
