Post subject: Crosman got me

I ordered a .177 Vantage barrel about a month ago and it finally showed up, but it is a .22 barrel. Back the parts lists/diagrams to triple check, B19-2-01-100C(5.5) is the part number for the .22 and B19-2-01-100C is the part number for the .177 Vantage barrel. Am I screwing this up?

I believe it's Crosman screwed it up... Did you contact the customer service yet?

Getting this is really frustrating...

I may be mistaken, but I believe B19 is .22 cal and B18 is .177 cal. Some googling suggests this was an early designation and may not be true anymore. In that case it may be easy for the "fulfiller" to grab the wrong part and ship to you.

Crosman.ca service seems good, they are going to send me a free return label and send me the correct barrel. I did ask that they double check the part number for me, they think it was correct thought they will follow up on that and confirm it before sending it to me. I'm please with how easy they have been to deal with so far.
