I am having creep issues with a new to me gun.I have a question about fixing. Is the "glue the white washer" method work better with the tapers matching as installed at the factory or flip the washer so that the taper on the screw mates with the flat side of the washer?Or do I just buy an aftermarket regulator and be done with it.I see that there is an Altaros and a Huma both in stock what are the pros and cons of these very differnt looking regulators? Thanks Sid.

If you go aftermarket you'll have to bypass or delete the factory reg, which can be a bigger job than it seems. Unless you just crank it wide open. When I did mine I deleted it completely.
Another thing to remember... Cobalt penetrated drill bits are a huge help if you're going to be drilling any of the valve parts.

Well I tried it not too sure about the washer orientation so I glued it the way it came from the factory.I will let it sit over night then put back together and try it.Not too sure why I would want to drill out the ports on a sub 500 fps gun though. Thanks for the input.

True I guess in most cases you wouldn't need to.
I did a caliber swap to .25 and ended up butchering the stock reg body in the process.
