Can someone explain to me about the yellow marker rings some shooters are using on the turrets there scopes that are labeled in yardage for quick field adjustments?

Those are range adjustments. They read off the range on their range finder, then turn the turret to that # and make the shot.
Others use oversize parallex/focus adjustment ring on the side of the scope for range calculation then they make the appropriate
elevation adjustment, or read off an elevation mil dot or MOA correction, make the necessary holdover and take the shot.
Mat Dubber's scope has little yellow stickers with ranges marked on them, on the top turret. Reads off the range on his range finder,
adjusts the turret and holds on, or a tich high or low as the situation dictates.
The only way to make the necessary stickers or holdover, is with notes and a lot of shooting at those ranges.

Computer programs like Hawke Chair Pro can get you very close if you know your average velocity and the pellet you are using is in the program.
