These would be accessory parts for Edgun Leshiy2, smaller batches, I cannot predict at the moment more then ten to twenty piece parts.
A manual lathe work doesn't make a business case.
I would need him local somewhere in Greater Toronto Area for faster turnaround with R&D.
I am researching the interest for these parts on other Forums, PM me who is interested, I need to work out the quote offer for you, btw my design cost is my own piece part only, the lathe work is your business = if you wish. This how I am getting my own parts (with PP750 plenum in example).

You're going to be machining the stock plenum to house a pressure gauge? https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/edgu ... /page/173/

Why not just attach the pressure tester?

My intention is to attach an external gauge permanently, same way as I did with PP750 plenum.
Otherwise for my own "temporary" use I can do as you already mentioned here. ;)

When I need small jobs like this done, I usually look around for retired machinists that enjoy doing novel little projects.

Not certain how you'd find such in GTA, but that's the strategy I'd pursue. Commercial shops might view this as too small a job.

Cannot be a manual lathe or milling machine or operator, must be a CNC....repeatable thread start (under specific angle) and parts consistency, if anybody want to order more parts "next week".
I was an ME (manufacturing engineer) for over tree decades and I am a NPD (new product development) engineer since, on contract exclusive to OEM's.
If you take it from here less headache (and $$$) for me.
Niagara is my favourite trip, I will take a closer look, THX.

I wonder if CNC is really the way to go.

I mean, wouldn't you be depending on the consistency of the stock plenums in order to program the CNC path? Hopefully that's a reasonable assumption, but it might not be.

Well, unfortunately today not many ppl can do M34x2 bot male and female thread starts from same index, manually...consistency a next issue.

Edit:
Please PM me if interested, some of my comments may not suit the public
