I am not very satisfied with the forestock i made for my 2240s (now plural). I'd like a low profile version, but I can't envision how these attach securely to the CO2 tube, other than with glue. So, how are they attached?

I used a 2250 barrel band and rear fore stock bracket.

I would utilize a barrel band, use it as an anchor for a screw.
Not sure about the rear portion. Maybe add something to the grip frame where the screw goes through, giving another mounting point. It sounds so easy!
Or if you wanted to get fancy, someone with a 3d printer could print you a forestock cap/ band. That could be cool.

Seen, now I get it!
I'm such a dumbass sometimes - looking at the actual gun and not just the photos makes it kinda obvious.

So you didn't need to change the 2240 head tube to the 2250 ? To fit a 2250 forearm ?

Looking to mount the forearm shown below to match the 1399 buttstock on a 2240? Will the link below work ? IF so does anyone know where to purchase ?

Thanks

2250 tube with 2250 barrel bands for mounting points. I've done similar on my 2260/2240 convert.
