I finally got to shoot my Avenger today. Straight out of the box with no adjustments. 22 cal. 18.13 JSB's at 25 yards 10 shot group

If that’s ‘right out of the box’ then I could see things improving with time. I’ve researching this model and it looks impressive for the value. I just wonder how backyard friendly it can be

I live in a rural subdivision and shoot in my backyard. I would say the avenger is marginally quieter than my Aselken MX9. But I doubt any PAL rated air rifle would be quiet enough to shoot in town.

They do seem somewhat quieter than most rifles I've tested. I think they've set up the valve well for efficiency and it's decently quiet for a Canadian version.
