Hi There,
I'm new to the forum but am hoping to get some help with an issue I am having with my old Slavia 630.
The Barrel wont cock and after a lot of web surfing, I'm thinking I need a new sear.
Anyone know where I could possibly locate one? This was my father in laws gun, he is no longer with us, so I would like to fix the gun and continue using it.
Any help would be appreciated.

HI All,
Still looking for a sear. My gun says "Slavia" but was either bought by or changed their name to CZ. So, the CZ630 / CZ 631 has the same parts that I am looking for and is the same gun as mine. Any help or guidance where I can look would be appreciated.

Did you disassemble to verify the problem? Sometimes a broken spring will coil together and prevent cocking. Also check the piston rod hook to be sure it's not damaged. Have a look at the sear engagement surface to see if it's worn or damaged. Also check the sear spring (trigger return spring). The sear might be fine.
