Setup with BKL rings and a WestHunter 4-16x44 FFP
Like most mid range airguns, it shot way too hot out of the box. It was slinging 8.5gr pellets around 1100fps, wasting air and barking. The bolt was also a bit too stiff for my liking, but a little bit of polishing and greasing solved that. Similar to what I did with my outlaw, I added a huma regulator and set it at 120 bar. This brought the FPS down to 880, 15ft/lbs, but still with a bad bark.

While I absolutely love the stock and looks, this gun is meant to be shot from a bench.
So I decided to order a backup hammer spring to experiment. Since the stock doesn't allow you to back out the hammer spring screw, i cut down a coil, and another until I finally reached a point where the rifle doesn't seem to waste air. Turns out that point is 12 ft/lbs.

When looking at that SD I have to say huma makes quality stuff
I filled her up to 200bar, and 4 mags (52 pellets) later it's now at 180 bar (!!!). Looks like I got myself a proper UK sub 12 ft/lbs rifle !
So next step for me is figuring out what shoots best, for now it seems to be the heavier 10gr pellets, with the occasional 8gr grouping well
