Hi All, just a quick question, because I can't seem to find the answer... Is the HW45 restricted and not sold in Canada even in 5.5mm 22, because of the pellet speed? Or is there any sales for them inside of our lovely restricted country?
Thanks Ratts
PS what if any is the equiv-able match that is sold here?

Hi Nitro!

Good evening.

The the 20 and 22 cal versions are full power as they're sub 500 fps rated. No RPAL needed. The 177 cal has been detuned as it will go over the limit in stock form.

They're challenging to shoot well. The detuned 177 will be a bit more shootable. But any version will definitely be quite satisfying to make hits with!:-)

Best regards!
-Adrian

I would hardly put the P17 in the same class as the HW45.

Don’t settle get what you want.

HW45 is very popular and a good metal stuff. So there's always one or more in very good shape pop up for sale.

Maybe you could just post a wanted ad and maybe quicker than you expected, something would pop up.

HW45 is definitely something you need to add to your air gun collection! I love mine very much~

(the other one besides the 45 is the 75)ImageImage

Yep, the P17 is not comparable to the 45. Even the HW40 is not at all alike to the 45.

If you are talking about the 75, they looks alike but completely two different gun in the heart.

The 45 is very unique in the air pistol world. Maybe only the HW45-Stars is comparable to the regular HW45~ [emoji38]

I have the 1377 and 1322, set up for my style and purpose, but the HW40 and P17, well I am looking at giving these down the generations so that's why the HW45. I packed a Browning High Power for alot of years and the restrictions on powder burners now are so not to my liking. Would like a brand new straight out of the box one for sure, maybe I will call D&L Airguns on Monday and see when they will get another batch of them in.
I will keep you all posted on what happens in the future as I am still researching a bit.
Thanks All RATTS

I like the Black Star too~

Still remember I almost bought both Black Star and the regular as I couldn't give either one up~

But finally at the end I picked the regular as I can change grips.... I like blings more than performance ~ again~ [emoji38]

And currently it's on the re oiled original walnut grips... Things just go back to original finally ~ strange.... I grown up?! [emoji38]

(the pair on the 1911 we're on the 45 for a very short time... Don't know why I didn't take a picture...)ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Wow I do a little wood carving and this looks like just the motivation I need, working on refurbishing a Condor Bushlore knife at the moment, I hate seeing stuff of good quality just thrown out. I love those grips going to have to have some fun...
Thanks Ratts
