That's a nice looking Mother stripper!
Theoretically I have access to lathes, but I'm still scared of COVID bearing students. I have in mind something like that, maybe fewer cross holes, but that loos awesome, so maybe I give it a try. Is the muzzle end threaded, or slip fit?

Does look good. I find AutoSol polish works well on most metals including aluminum and brass, especially when used on lathe-turned objects.

I happen to have the can of the mothers Mag polish in my camper. Did not ever think of using it for a muzzle break for some reason.

I'm not familiar with that product, but it sort of sounds like it could be used to polish magnesium. I happen to have a good supply of 3/4" Mg rod (I believe AZ91 alloy) that I'm considering turning into brakes that would be along similar lines as yours. So, does the mag polish provide any corrosion protection?

just polish this other stripper I had made a while ago. Took only five minutes to get to that finish from a brushed finish

Isn't this a muzzlebreak walther? An air-stripper usually has a reverse cone inside, mounted so the small diameter is just in front of the muzzle, that is just over groove size to strip the muzzle blast off the pellet JUST immediately the pellet exits the muzzle - thus, air-stripper.
Breaks will do a similar thing, but later in the flight of the pellet.

Ya technically ya got me. Although a muzzle brakes main purpose is to counteract muzzle flip using diverted gases. Airguns don't really have this issue its more of muzzle weight / esthetic thing. This one still has an expansion chamber and can accomodate a cone that I have yet to make...Right now its stacking pellets in my basement range so I may not bother.
