I seen a Reximex pcp pistol at CCS and I like how the barrel shroud looks, but I don't need another pistol, so this design for my CP1-MImage
pistol is close enough. 6 hours and 18 minute print. The yellow print was to test my measurements. The partial black print was a clogged nozzle that failed after 2 hours. New nozzle and I'm happy with the results.Image

Wow looks awesome. How do you like that printer, is it an Ender 3?

It's a CR6 SE. I choose this one, because my buddy has the same one. Plus it only takes a half hour to put together. It's mostly
put together when you get it. There's only 3 pieces.

cool, I have been looking at printers and although the 3 and it's variants have a low price, the many bits and pieces to put together do make it unattractive, and by the time I add in the self leveling and other upgrades its about the same $ as a CR6 or other models. I'm going to have some lessons on a few before I go buy one of my own - I think there are endless uses for a 3D printer in my workshop.
The build quality and design of your piece looks really good. :drinkers:

When I bought mine, my buddy just said to start printing as is. The CR6 SE has auto bed levelling. The CR6 has a known issue where the plastic extruder's case cracks. I think from the factory it's too tight. When I got bought my printer, I didn't know anything about 3d printing and I've been doing it since Sept last year. Now, I've replaced my extruder with a metal one, silicone spacers under the bed and community firmware.

Looks great. Ender 3 is a great deal with some learning curve. If I had to buy one now I'd get a Ender 3 S1 pro.
