I have 20 sets of these know-your-limits targets for sale. Included are the "Y" pieces for the legs, the 4 x 1/20 scale silhouette animals and a 1/4" wide blade and the washers. They are cut from 1/4" thick carbon steel. The 3/4" EMT conduit is not included and can be purchased from someplace like Lowes, Home Depot or any electrical supply place. I plan on using 1" ID vinyl tube, purchased from the hardware store, as a spacer between the washers to hold the paddle positions for my own targets. These were intended for 20 fpe + airguns. These are zinc coated. The cost is $40 + shipping.
