I'm looking at their Mauser C96 which they have in stock on the site, but I'm unsure if the site still holds up to its reputation or if i should look elsewhere. Let me know, thanks!

Nowadays, websites come and go like my memory so it's a reasonable question I suppose.
I have bought lots of stuff from D&L over the years, and as recently as this spring - no issues.
Friendly and professional service provided, and great communications.

My couple of transactions with D&L have been good with no issues whatsoever. Always answered my emails in a prompt and courteous nature. Your experience may vary but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

    Greatly appreciated.
As for shipping time how long did it usually take for things to come in?

Like all retailers they are at the mercy of the shipping service, however D&L are on the west coast, I'm east. Took less than a week for my last order shipped via Canada Post. That was a few years ago though.

D&L have always shipped my stuff Canada Post non-expedited (I'm never in a hurry so don't buy the expedited delivery options). Regular parcel takes 7-11 days depending on factors known only to CP from Langley BC to Kingston, On. Maybe to Ottawa it would shave off a day or two, but you'll get tracking and you can watch it take the x-Canada tour in anticipation. :drinkers:

Typically, how much does it cost to ship an air rifle via Canada Post non-expedited?

About $40-$50 nowadays, but it depends on distance and size/weight. There is a oversize charge $10 + tax for anything longer than a metre, and there is now a fuel surtax that costs as much as driving there yourself so keep that in mind. Canada Post does have an on-line rate calculator so you can get within a dollar of actual cost before you get to the PO. Measure the package, weigh it and put in the from and to address (postal code will do) and you will see the shipping options with costs.
If you have an account you can print a label at home and get a better rate.
Places like D&L seem to get better rates yet probably because they have special business accounts with CP, I'm not sure - but they don't charge us what we would have to pay at the PO for sure.

I've used D&L, Airguns Archery Fun, and Canada Shooting Supplies all within the last year and they have all been great to deal with.

    (250) count Cometa Pellets shipped when the ad showed (500) count JSB. When contacted they just shrugged and claimed that they were the same. Not when I compared them, and at twice the price. They didn't even refund shipping.

I sent an HW100 for their $100 service and after some time received an invoice for $640.00, with no contact, no further information. When gun arrived, the old part was not included. The gun has had several issues since that time but why would I trust them in future? Not recommended, FWIW.

I have never had any dealings with them however, they either never update their site or they never have any guns to sell? Why for several months do they keep advertising SOLD OUT!

I'm 100% positive, I will never order a thing from them.
